Linda Sanche is an emerging crime writer whose work explores themes of corruption and conflicting loyalties. Off the Mark is her debut novel and she is currently working on the sequel, Circuit Breaker. Her mystery short stories have been published in several anthologies, and “The Electrician” was a finalist in the 2025 Crime Writers of Canada Awards of Excellence.

Linda is the president of Sisters in Crime – Canada West. For over seventeen years, she worked as a producer, writer, and director of factual series television, including three seasons as senior story producer on the true crime series, Murder She Solved. Working on the series inspired Linda to retrain as a crime analyst, but she discovered that she is better suited to writing about crime than investigating it. After living in Vancouver for many years, Linda now calls Calgary home.
